Reena has been a core member of our team for nearly 20 years. As our Service Delivery Manager she makes sure our business and our clients' businesses run smoothly, and has driven the development of our client-focused delivery culture.
Coming from a stockbroking background, she started her career at a brokering company managing settlements and stock trades, followed by a team manager role and operations. After joining Chelmer in 1999 she never looked back.
Her roles at Chelmer evolved as our business grew. She worked as a business analyst, release manager and project manager before setting up our Service Delivery business where she’s been putting her diverse skills and knowledge of our business to good use for the last 13 years.
She juggles a number of responsibilities: she runs our Service Desk — ensuring incidents are prioritised and efficient processes and procedures are in place so the team can deliver effectively. And also leads our Managed Infrastructure Services, project managing work both internally and client-facing.
No two days are the same, whether it’s configuring test and production environments, onboarding new clients, training for our in-house developed products, conducting service reviews, or troubleshooting incidents.
She thrives in a team environment and is a strong believer in collaboration and co-creation. Her personal motto: 'TEAM: Together Everyone Achieves More' combined with logical thinking and an energetic approach has enabled her to effectively balance the varying demands of her role. She’s a master multi-tasker and calm under pressure, working within tight timeframes to resolve problems for clients.
