Andy has been a Director on Chelmer’s Board for over 24 years, and was previously CEO for 18 years. He has played a vital role in establishing Chelmer’s vision and long-term strategic direction, and taking our industry-leading innovation to market.

Fiona’s background includes 20 years experience working in executive leadership roles in finance and customer operations.
